Glass bottle – matte pharmaceutical bottle with white dispenser represents a professional packaging for cosmetic preparations and carefully formulated liquid products, where precise and hygienic dosing is important. The matte surface looks elegant, reduces the visibility of fingerprints and allows easy branding or labelling in line with your brand.
This type of packaging is suitable for filling various liquid preparations that require controlled dosing directly onto the skin or onto an application pad. Thanks to the high-quality glass processing and the functional dispenser, the bottle is ideal for both artisan and professional cosmetic production.
This glass bottle is supplied with a functional white dispenser that ensures comfortable and controlled application of the liquid contents. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before first use, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol solution. For disinfection you can use IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured – plant‑based. After disinfection, allow the packaging and the dispenser to dry completely at room temperature so that no residual moisture remains before filling.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured – plant‑based. It is also important to check the mechanical functionality of the dispenser and the tightness in order to ensure hygienic and safe application of the final product.
The choice of packaging depends on the consistency, type and method of application of the product. Liquid serums and light emulsions often require bottles with a dispenser or dropper, while thicker creams work better in jars. For products containing volatile or more sensitive substances, it is advisable to choose high‑quality glass and a well‑designed dosing system. We recommend testing a sample of the packaging with your formulation to verify compatibility, stability and user comfort under real conditions.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The glass body of the bottle is typically placed in the container designated for glass. The plastic or metal parts of the dispenser should be separated and sorted according to the local system for collecting plastics and metals. Before handing over for recycling, it is advisable to at least roughly rinse the packaging so that no larger product residues remain inside.
