The glass bottle with sprayer is a practical and hygienic packaging for liquid preparations, combining an elegant appearance with functional dosing via a fine mist. Thanks to high-quality glass and a precise sprayer, it is suitable for filling cosmetic formulations as well as homemade blends where controlled, even application without contact with the contents is important.
This type of glass bottle is ideal for products that require convenient dispersion onto the skin, hair, textiles or into the air. Glass is a stable and long-proven packaging material that does not enter into undesirable reactions with most cosmetic and technical ingredients, thereby helping to protect the properties of the contents throughout the entire period of use.
This glass bottle with sprayer forms a fully prepared, functional packaging in which the container and the dispensing component are already combined. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging also works reliably with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. However, before each refilling it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, including the sprayer, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After cleaning, let all parts dry completely and only then refill.
First completely empty the bottle and disassemble it into individual parts (glass body, sprayer, and possibly the cap). You can wash the glass part in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent, rinse well and then disinfect with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. We recommend rinsing the sprayer with warm water, then briefly spraying through an alcohol solution and allowing it to dry completely. Only after all parts have thoroughly dried should you refill the bottle.
This glass bottle with fine sprayer is ideal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that you want to apply in the form of a spray. Typically these are facial and floral waters, face refreshers, hair sprays, light body and room sprays, perfumed body mists or aromatic blends for rooms. Before filling thicker or more oily products, we recommend testing a small amount to check that the sprayer provides the required dosing and does not lose functionality.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it according to local waste sorting rules. The glass body of the bottle, after being emptied and basically rinsed, belongs in the appropriate glass collection container according to the colour indicated in the product parameters. Plastic parts such as the sprayer and cap should be separated from the bottle and placed in sorted plastic waste collection, if the collection system in your area allows it. Before handing over for recycling, make sure that the packaging is free of coarse product residues so as not to disturb the recycling process.
To select a suitable bottle, jar or dispenser you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. Using the filter, you can clearly sort the packaging according to parameters such as neck type and diameter, size, colour or material. By combining several filters you can quickly narrow down the range to the packaging that best matches the consistency, method of application and visual requirements of your specific product.
