The glass bottle in an elegant design with a glossy black-and-gold dispenser and a clear top represents a professional and at the same time visually striking packaging solution for modern brands as well as home formulators. It is suitable for filling liquid cosmetic products, serums, emulsions or other preparations where precise and comfortable application is important. High-quality glass helps stabilise the stored formulation, is chemically resistant and suitable for a wide range of water- and oil-based formulas.
Thanks to the combination of the glass container and the functional dispenser, the contents are applied hygienically, without direct contact with the rest of the product, which supports a longer shelf life and comfort during use. This type of packaging is popular for premium facial, hair and body products, where aesthetics, practicality and a professional appearance are combined.
This glass bottle is supplied as a standalone packaging component and is compatible with various types of caps and dosing systems according to the selected parameters within the Handymade.sk assortment. In practice, it can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators that are dimensioned for the corresponding neck type.
The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, including long-term stability and changes in the product’s viscosity.

Before final implementation in production, we recommend reading the technical documentation so that the material, neck type and other properties are fully in line with the requirements of your formula and the planned mode of use.
The glass bottle is designed for liquid to slightly viscous products, such as watery serums, lighter oil blends and tonics. For thicker formulations, we always recommend performing a dosing test to verify whether the selected dispenser type ensures smooth application without clogging. If you are planning a highly viscous texture, consider using another type of packaging or a pump optimised for such products.
The glass packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed, but we always recommend paying increased attention to cleaning and disinfection before each new filling. Before filling, the bottle and the related components need to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Make sure that all parts are completely dry and free from residues of the original product before refilling, which minimises the risk of microbial contamination and undesired reactions between different formulations.
First remove product residues by rinsing with a suitable medium (for example warm water with a gentle cleaning agent compatible with the previous formulation). Then rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner and outer surfaces with an alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Allow the disinfectant to act for the recommended time, then let the packaging dry naturally. When reusing, pay increased attention to cleaning the dispenser and the threaded area, where product residues often accumulate.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters on Handymade.sk. The glass container can generally be placed in the glass container after emptying and basic cleaning, while the plastic or metal parts of the cap and dispenser should be separated and sorted according to material (for example into plastic or metal, if the local system allows this). Before handing it over for recycling, we recommend removing as much product residue as possible, in order to facilitate the subsequent processing and reduce the environmental burden.
