The glass bottle with spray pump is a practical and representative packaging solution designed mainly for filling cosmetic and hygiene products where fine and even misting is required. The combination of a high-quality glass pharmaceutical bottle and a functional mechanical sprayer enables convenient application of liquid formulations without contact with the hands and with good dose control. Thanks to the glass used, the contents are stable, protected from environmental influences, and the packaging is also suitable for formulations with a higher proportion of active ingredients.
This product is a ready-made combination of glass bottle and functional sprayer, so it is immediately usable for filling and dispensing liquid preparations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (seal integrity, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your product under real conditions of use.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging after the contents have been used up, we recommend sorting it correctly according to local waste management rules. The glass bottle is usually placed in the appropriate glass container, while the dispenser with spray mechanism is sorted according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. Before recycling, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging so that it is ready for further processing.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and ensure that the new formulation remains as stable and safe as possible for the longest time.
The bottle with sprayer is ideal for liquid preparations that require fine and even application in a thin layer. Typically, these are facial toners, hydrolats, refreshing sprays for face and body, hair tonics, hand disinfectant solutions, textile and home sprays or aromatherapeutic blends sprayed into the room. It is always important to check the viscosity and composition of the formulation so that the sprayer ensures smooth operation and does not clog.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution, then with clean water, and allowing it to dry. For the glass part, a mild detergent intended for laboratory or cosmetic equipment can also be used. Before refilling, it is important to disinfect both the bottle and the sprayer – it is practical to spray through or rinse through with an alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for a new filling.

The glass container is usually placed in the glass collection bin, while the plastic sprayer must be sorted according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. Before sorting, it is advisable to remove any remaining contents and, if possible, separate the glass part from the plastic mechanism.
