Blue glass bottle + black sprayer represents a professional solution for packaging liquid preparations that require fine and even atomization. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise spray performance, the packaging is suitable for formulations where controlled application, convenient dosing and minimization of contact with the contents are important.
The blue glass provides increased protection against light, helping to protect sensitive components from degradation. In combination with a functional sprayer, this bottle is ready for direct use in smaller and larger cosmetic and supplementary product series, in home production as well as in professional workshops.
The combinations of packs and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the sprayer in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured, which you can find in the Handymade range. After washing and disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill them.
First, clean the packaging mechanically – rinse it with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and remove any residues of the previous filling. Then apply disinfectant alcohol, for example IPA 99 isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 denatured plant-based, and use it to thoroughly rinse the inside of the bottle and, where possible, the internal parts of the sprayer as well. After disinfection, leave the packaging to dry freely at room temperature without closing it, so that the alcohol can evaporate. Only once it is completely dry is the bottle ready for new filling.
This bottle is ideal for liquid formulations that are applied as a fine mist – for example facial and body sprays, hydrolats, hair products in spray form, aromatherapeutic blends, room sprays or light cleaning solutions. It is always important to test whether the specific viscosity and composition of the solution are suitable for the sprayer used, whether nozzle clogging does not occur, and whether the dose corresponds to the intended mode of use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste separation rules and the information given in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed, after emptying and basic rinsing, into a container designated for glass. The sprayer is composed of several materials, which are usually sorted into plastic waste or mixed waste according to local regulations. Before recycling, always check the material symbols and the recommendations provided with the product, in order to ensure the most environmentally considerate procedure possible.
