The glass bottle with dropper is a professional packaging solution designed for precise dosing of liquid products where purity, stability and controlled use are important. The transparent glass allows easy visual inspection of the contents, while the high-quality dropper ensures accurate drop-by-drop dosing without unnecessary product loss.
This type of packaging is suitable for filling various liquid formulations – from cosmetic serums, oils and active concentrates to technical and supporting solutions as needed. Glass is a chemically stable material that is popular in the production of artisan cosmetics and other preparations where composition consistency, content protection and professional product presentation are important.
The glass bottles in this category are designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected at purchase. The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Glass packaging is among the preferred solutions for more sensitive cosmetic formulations, because glass is a material with high chemical stability and low permeability. When choosing the packaging, it is always important to test the specific formulation under the conditions in which the product will be stored and used, and to verify the stability of colour, fragrance and consistency over time.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Only after complete drying and evaporation of any remaining disinfectant is the bottle ready for refilling. For repeated use, we recommend checking the dropper seal and the visual condition of the packaging.
Before filling, it is advisable to prepare a clean work area, use disinfected tools and work with the lowest possible contact with the open neck of the container. We recommend cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the dropper before use and allowing them to dry thoroughly. When filling, use a funnel, dosing pipette or filling device to minimise spillage and contact of the product with external surfaces.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. After emptying, the glass medicine bottle should be rinsed to remove any product residues and then placed in the appropriate separate glass collection according to local rules. The dropper may contain a combination of materials (plastic, rubber and possibly glass), so it is advisable to disassemble it into individual parts and sort them according to local recycling options, or hand it over at a collection yard as mixed packaging waste if sorting into parts is not possible.
