The glass bottle with spray pump is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the high-quality glass and practical mechanical spray pump, it is ideal for filling products where cleanliness, content stability and comfortable application without contact with the hands are important. The bottle is suitable for both artisanal and small-scale production of cosmetics and other specialized preparations.
This type of packaging is popular for products that require even distribution on the skin, hair or a surface, while minimizing waste and increasing user comfort. Glass is chemically stable, does not affect the composition of the contents and helps maintain the long-term quality and appearance of formulations.
This bottle with the spray pump fitted forms a functional set designed for direct use without the need for further assembly. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimal performance for your particular product.

According to the material composition given in the product parameters, we also recommend following the relevant recommendations for recycling and handling the packaging at the end of its service life. If you decide not to reuse the bottle, it is appropriate to place it in the correct separated waste stream according to the material type (glass, plastic parts of the spray pump) and local recycling rules.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with a suitable type of contents, but we recommend always using it only within one product group (for example always for the same type of cosmetic). Before each new filling, it is essential to thoroughly clean the bottle and spray pump and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. Observing hygiene principles significantly contributes to the safety and stability of the final product.
We recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable detergent solution, thoroughly rinsing with drinking water and then, if necessary, with demineralised water. After washing, the packaging must be dried and then disinfected with alcohol, for example with IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denatured. For the spray pump, it is important to allow the disinfecting alcohol to pass through the mechanism itself by spraying a small amount, so that the inner capillary is also disinfected.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for aqueous and hydro-alcoholic solutions, hydrolats, toners, light serums intended for spraying and gentle oil mist preparations. For thicker emulsions or oils with high viscosity, spraying may be limited, so we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing whether the chosen formulation passes reliably through the given spray pump and is dispensed in the desired form.
When disposing of the packaging, it is advisable to follow the material composition given in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle should as standard be placed in the container for sorted glass waste, unless local regulations require a different procedure. The plastic part of the spray pump should be separated and placed in the appropriate container for plastic waste, or handed in at a collection yard in accordance with local instructions. Adhering to these principles helps ensure efficient recycling of the individual materials.
