Is this glass bottle suitable for thicker serums, or rather for liquid preparations?

The bottle with dropper is most suitable for liquid to slightly viscous preparations that can be smoothly dosed drop by drop. With very thick oils or gels, dripping may be less smooth, so we recommend testing the behaviour of your specific formulation in a trial quantity in advance and, depending on the result, choosing a different type of closure or dispenser if necessary.

How should I properly clean and reuse this bottle with dropper?

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dropper, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection you can use, for example, the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, vegetable origin, available in our range (IPA 99, Ethanol 96). Only after completely drying is the bottle ready for further safe use.
