The green glass bottle with white dispenser represents a professional packaging solution for modern cosmetics and aromatherapy. High-quality glass combined with a functional dispenser enables precise, hygienic and controlled dispensing of liquid preparations without unnecessary contact with air. The green glass also helps protect sensitive components from the effects of light, which contributes to the stability and longer shelf life of the contents.
This bottle is suitable for packaging various liquid formulations that require comfortable dispensing – from facial serums and oils to light emulsions or special treatments. Its elegant design and practical dispenser make it a universal packaging for small product batches, trial packs, handmade production as well as professional cosmetic manufacturing.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, which is especially suitable for smaller cosmetic batches or home production. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using an appropriate alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol available at /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ or plant-based ethanol at /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and preserves the quality of the new product.
The bottle with dispenser is ideal for products that are used in smaller doses and require precise application – for example facial serums, oils, light creams, emulsion treatments, special care products for problematic skin or concentrated active blends. The dispenser helps maintain a consistent amount with each use and increases the end user’s comfort.
When planning to use this bottle, we recommend always testing your own formulation directly in the chosen packaging. Check whether the product has a suitable viscosity for smooth pumping, whether the dispenser does not foam, clog, and whether the system seals properly during storage and transport. Perform the test at different temperatures that may occur during normal handling in order to verify the long-term functionality of dispensing and the stability of the contents in contact with the packaging.
Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging and remove any product residues. Dispose of the glass part of the bottle in the container designated for glass, according to local waste sorting rules. Separate the plastic dispenser and any other plastic components and discard them in the appropriate plastic collection, if the sorting system in your area allows it. Recycling rules may differ, so we recommend following the instructions given in the material parameter for the product on the Handymade website and the local recommendations for waste sorting.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the selected category, a filter panel appears at the top of the page where you can select packaging according to key parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. Thanks to the combination of these filters, you can quickly find bottles, jars or dispensers that will meet both the technical requirements of your formulation and the visual style of your brand.
For long-term use, we recommend storing the bottle in a dry, shaded place and protecting it from extreme temperature changes. If you change the type of product, it is advisable to first rinse the packaging thoroughly, mechanically remove any formulation residues and then disinfect it, for example with isopropyl alcohol from the offer at /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ or with plant-based ethanol at /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for further safe use with a new formulation.
