Glass bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging solution for careful dosing of cosmetic and other liquid formulations. Thanks to the high-quality glass, it is suitable for filling serums, oils, concentrates and active ingredients, where the stability of the contents and precise dosing using a practical dropper are important. The darker coloration of the glass helps protect light-sensitive components from undesirable light exposure and thus prolongs their functionality and shelf life.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend disposing of it in accordance with the local waste sorting system according to the material type stated in the product parameters. Glass parts usually belong in the container designated for glass, plastic components (for example the dropper or sealing) should be separated and placed in the appropriate sorted collection, unless local rules state otherwise.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and all parts of the dropper and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 isopropyl alkohol 1 l and Etanol 96 denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in your formulation.
The packaging is ideal for liquid and low-viscosity formulations that require precise, dropwise dosing. Typically these are facial and eye serums, intensive oils with active substances, aromatherapeutic blends, perfume oils or concentrated active solutions. The dropper enables easy dosing directly onto the skin, into the palm, into a cream or into a measuring container without excessive consumption of the contents.
Before first and repeated use we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing it with clean water and letting it dry. Afterwards it is advisable to disinfect the entire packaging, including the dropper, with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 isopropyl alkohol 1 l or Etanol 96 denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. Allow the disinfectant to act for a short time and carefully let the excess drip off or rinse it out, depending on the character of your formulation.
Before disposal we recommend emptying the packaging and removing any product residues. The method of recycling is determined by the material type stated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle is in most places sorted into the container designated for glass, plastic or rubber components of the dropper should be separated and placed in the appropriate sorted waste, if local rules allow it. In case of doubt follow the instructions of your local waste sorting system and the recommendations given with the product.

In this way you can quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that best matches your formulation and the required dosing method.
When filling, it is advisable to work in a clean environment, use clean tools and fill the packaging in such a way that the neck and the dropper are not contaminated. After filling, close the bottle tightly, check the sealing and leave the first units to stand for a certain time in order to verify the stability of the contents and the functionality of the dosing. For storage it is recommended to keep the packaging in a dry, cooler and shaded place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat, in order to preserve the quality and stability of your formulation.
