The green glass bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for various types of creamy and semi-liquid preparations. High-quality glass provides a stable environment for more sensitive formulations and enables comfortable and hygienic dosing of the product directly during application. Thanks to its design, this bottle is suitable for filling products with higher viscosity that require precise and controlled dispensing without contact with air more than is necessary.
Green glass provides better protection against the effects of light than clear glass, which contributes to longer stability and shelf life of the contents, especially for products with an increased proportion of natural active ingredients and vegetable oils. The integrated dispenser also helps to maintain a higher hygienic standard during use and reduces the risk of contamination of the cream during everyday handling.
This glass bottle is supplied with a cream dispenser and is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems within the range according to the selected parameters (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators). Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Only after completely drying is the packaging ready for new filling.
The bottle is ideal for thicker emulsions and creams, such as face and body creams, serums with a creamy texture, regenerating preparations, care balms or local dermal products. Thanks to the dispenser, the contents are applied comfortably, precisely and without direct contact with the rest of the filling in the packaging.
First mechanically remove the residues of the original product, then thoroughly wash the bottle and the dispenser with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water. After rinsing, allow the individual parts to dry and then disinfect them using an alcoholic solution, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% vegetable ethanol. After complete evaporation of the alcohol and drying, the packaging is ready for new filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. After emptying and basic cleaning, place the glass part of the bottle in the glass collection according to local sorting rules. Recycle the plastic components of the dispenser (for example the pump body, tube or cap) in the appropriate plastics collection according to the type of material given for the product. Before handing over to sorted waste, it is advisable to remove product residues from the packaging so that the recycling process is more efficient.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter you can combine several parameters at once – specific neck type, required size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you will quickly select bottles, jars or other packaging that will best suit your formulation and the intended method of use.
Green glass provides better protection from light compared to clear glass, which is particularly beneficial for preparations containing vegetable oils, extracts and other light-sensitive components. It helps to reduce the risk of rapid degradation of these substances and contributes to the stability of the product during storage, provided that the storage conditions recommended by the manufacturer of the preparation are observed.
