Glass bottle with screw cream dispenser represents a reliable packaging for high-quality cosmetic preparations with a creamy, gel or emulsion consistency. Robust glass in combination with a functional dispensing mechanism helps maintain the stability of the formula and ensures controlled, hygienic dosing without direct contact of the contents with the environment.
This type of packaging is suitable wherever precise application of a smaller amount of product, protection against contamination and comfortable use by the end customer are important. Thanks to the material stability of glass, the bottle is also suitable for formulations containing oils, active ingredients and fragrances that may be more demanding for other types of materials.
This product is supplied as a combination of a glass bottle and a cream dispenser. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging is suitable for your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning, rinsing and drying both the bottle and the dispenser. It is then appropriate to disinfect the inner surfaces of the packaging with a suitable alcohol solution, for example technical isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. For this step you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then fill the packaging.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. With each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser, check their mechanical integrity and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based product. We recommend using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the inner surfaces of the packaging are completely dry is it appropriate to carry out a new filling, in order to minimise the risk of product contamination.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. In most cases, the glass part can, after emptying and basic cleaning, be placed in a container intended for glass. The plastic dispenser should be separated from the glass and placed in plastic collection, provided this corresponds to the recycling symbol in the product parameters and the local waste sorting rules. For composite materials, always follow the recommendations of your waste collection company.
The bottle with cream dispenser is ideal for thicker and creamy formulations such as face and body creams, creamy serums, emulsions, gels or specific local preparations. It is also suitable for products where you want to prevent fingers from being inserted into the packaging and need to ensure hygienic, metered withdrawal of a smaller amount of preparation with each use.
When choosing suitable packaging, we recommend using the extended filter in the packaging material categories. This filter is located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category, for example glass bottles or cosmetic packaging. Using the extended filter, you can sort the packaging according to several parameters – in particular according to neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you can quickly display only those bottles, vials, jars or pots that best meet the needs of your specific product.
