The glass bottle with oil dispenser is a universal packaging suitable for precise, controlled dispensing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the integrated dispensing system, it is ideal for filling products that require hygienic, economical and repeatedly accurate application in both home and professional production.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents from external influences and to allow safe storage as well as frequent handling. It is suitable for packing cosmetic blends, vegetable oils or concentrated preparations where a precise dose and minimisation of the contact of the contents with air are important.
This glass bottle is supplied with a dispensing system designed for comfortable and hygienic application of oil preparations. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, this type of glass bottle with dispenser is suitable for filling oil serums, facial and body oils and concentrated oil elixirs. It allows precise dosing of a small amount of product directly onto the skin or into the palm of the hand, which reduces consumption and increases comfort during use. Before final filling we always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging in both the short and long term.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before both the first and repeated filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the closure. We recommend using a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After washing, allow all parts to dry completely, check the functionality of the dispensing mechanism and only then refill the packaging.
We recommend testing compatibility on a small trial batch that you fill into the bottle and store under the conditions in which the product will actually be used. Monitor in particular the stability of colour, fragrance and consistency, any changes to the seal and dispenser, the formation of deposits or clogging of the dispensing orifice. It is also advisable to verify the behaviour of the product during repeated opening and dispensing, in order to avoid leaks and unnecessary product losses.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to empty it before disposal and remove any product residues. Always adapt the recycling method to the material specified in the product parameters for this bottle on the Handymade website. Glass parts are normally sorted into containers intended for glass, and plastic or combined closures according to local waste-sorting rules. In case of contamination with cosmetic products, we recommend minimising the remaining contents so that the recycling process can be as efficient as possible.
