Product description

The glass bottle with spray mechanism represents a practical packaging solution for fine misting of aqueous and slightly viscous formulations. Thanks to the durable glass and high-quality sprayer, it is suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, hygiene solutions and small doses of special blends that need to be applied in a thin, even layer. The darker tinted glass also helps to limit light penetration and protect the sensitive contents from deterioration.

Can this glass bottle be used repeatedly?

The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene rules and an appropriate cleaning method are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the packaging, mechanically cleaning off residues of the previous contents and then disinfecting it, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the bottle.

For what type of products is the spray bottle most suitable?

The spray bottle is ideal for watery or only slightly viscous preparations that need to be applied in a fine, even mist. In practice, it is used mainly for facial and body sprays, floral waters, aromatherapeutic blends, disinfectant solutions, hair sprays and air or fabric fresheners. For thicker emulsions or oils, it is important always to test the functionality of the sprayer to prevent clogging of the nozzle.

How should I proceed when cleaning and maintaining the glass bottle with sprayer?

Before cleaning, we recommend disassembling the bottle – separating the glass body from the spray head and dip tube. The glass part can be washed with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). Clean the spray mechanism carefully – by briefly spraying through clean water or a disinfectant solution to remove product residues from the channels. Allow all parts to dry in a clean, well-ventilated place and only then reassemble the packaging and use it again.

How should I correctly recycle the glass bottle if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle is normally placed in the container designated for glass, while the plastic or metal parts of the sprayer belong in the collection stream according to their material marking. Before placing the packaging in sorted waste, it is advisable to rinse it and remove product residues.
