The glass vial, white atomizer is a practical packaging material for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid products in cosmetics, even in smaller production batches. Glass is suitable for formulations where it is important to maintain the stability, fragrance and properties of the contents without undesirable material influences. As it is a dark glass, the packaging naturally contributes to a reduction in light transmission and UV radiation, which is advantageous for more sensitive ingredients (e.g. extracts or oils). The product parameters also indicate food grade, so the packaging is also suitable for selected products intended for internal use (depending on your recipe and application).
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on the category. Use the filter to select packaging by neck, size, colour and material to quickly find the right packaging for your product.
Once the contents have been used up, we recommend spraying the dispenser mechanism with warm water or a suitable solution compatible with your formulation and allowing it to dry completely. For products with a higher proportion of oils or thicker ingredients, it is advisable to perform a flow and dispersion test to prevent clogging.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Prior to filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, and then allowed to dry completely.
The atomizer is most suitable for liquid, low viscosity products that are to be applied in a fine mist (for example, facial mists, toners, hair lotions or interior sprays). For oil-based or thicker formulations, we recommend testing dispersion and flow in real-world conditions.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. As the product material is glass and plastic, separate the components: sort the glass vial into the glass container and the plastic parts of the atomizer into the plastic container. Before sorting, it is advisable to empty and rinse the container to minimise product residues.
