The glass bottle with black sprayer is a universal and aesthetic packaging solution suitable for various liquid formulations where precise and comfortable application via a fine mist is important. Thanks to the stable material and high-quality workmanship, this bottle is ideal for packaging cosmetic products, aromatherapeutic blends and other products where content protection and a professional appearance of the finished product are essential. The combination of a glass vial and a functional sprayer ensures easy dosing, convenient use and reusable packaging suitable for both small and larger product batches.
Glass bottles of this type are stand-alone packs that are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems, depending on the selected product parameters. Depending on the specific version, you can combine:
Combinations of packs and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – check sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the pack in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil phase etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the pack can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with an appropriate alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely to ensure the best possible cleanliness and sprayer performance.
After the contents have been used up, disassemble the bottle into the glass container and the plastic part of the sprayer. Wash the glass part with warm water and a mild detergent, rinse well and then disinfect with alcohol. We recommend spraying clean water, or water with a small proportion of alcohol, through the sprayer to remove product residues from the nozzle and capillary. Do not expose the sprayer to extreme temperatures or aggressive cleaning agents that could damage the internal mechanism.
This type of bottle with sprayer is suitable primarily for liquid and low-viscosity products where a fine mist or even distribution is desired. These are mainly facial and body sprays, hydrolats, floral waters, refreshers, toners, hair tonics, light care serums for the scalp and practical disinfectant and cleaning solutions for external use. For more viscous formulations, it is always necessary to test whether the sprayer dispenses the product reliably.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. After rinsing, place the glass bottle in the appropriate glass container, while the plastic sprayer should be sorted into the container designated for plastics, unless local sorting rules state otherwise. Before disposal, always follow the recommendations of your waste collection company and the information provided with the product so that recycling is as effective as possible.
To make it easier to select packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. With the filter, you can quickly narrow the offer according to parameters such as neck type and diameter, size, colour or packaging material. By combining these criteria, you will find bottles, jars, vials or containers that best match the properties of your product and the desired design.
For the first filling, we recommend pouring the product into only one bottle and performing a test dosing. Check that the cap thread fits exactly on the neck, that the sprayer does not leak when pressed and that it produces the desired droplet size. Also monitor the behaviour of the formulation after a few days of storage (for example, changes in viscosity or nozzle clogging). Only after a successful test do we recommend filling a larger number of packs.
