The glass vial, tall with white-gold atomizer is a practical packaging material for the safe packaging of liquid and low-viscosity products where material stability, reliable closure and clean dispensing are important. The dark glass naturally helps limit light exposure, including the UV component, making it suitable for more sensitive formulations during storage. The glass vial is of food grade quality, so it is also suitable for products intended for internal use (subject to hygiene and appropriate choice of closure/dispensing).
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

The glass vial is food-grade, so it is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. For food applications, we recommend careful hygiene, filling into dry packaging and testing for practical use with the specific product (especially when dosing).
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect (ALK001 / ALK002) - IPA 99% (ALK001) or ethanol 96% (ALK002) are suitable choices. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and fill until dry.
The nebulizer is mainly intended for liquid, low viscosity formulations that need to be applied with a fine mist. For solutions with a higher proportion of alcohol, flavourings or other active ingredients, we recommend doing your own compatibility test: check the seal, dosage stability and the behaviour of the materials when in prolonged contact with the contents.
Dark glass helps to limit light exposure to sensitive ingredients. For stability, we recommend storing the product in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at a stable temperature, and always closing the container with no product residue on the neck to promote a reliable seal and cleanliness for future use.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Empty the glass bottle, rinse and take it to a glass collection centre according to local regulations. Separate the parts of the dispenser by material (plastic/metal) if your collection system allows, to encourage efficient processing of the different components of the packaging.
