Glass bottle with milky pipette and safety lock is a professional packaging designed for precise dosing of liquid preparations where both safe handling and reliable protection of the contents are important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and integrated pipette, it enables convenient, hygienic and controlled dosing of drops directly from the bottle without the need for additional tools.
This type of packaging is popular for formulations that require precise drop-by-drop dosing – from intensive facial serums and concentrated blends of active ingredients to various functional drops. Glass provides a stable environment for the contents and minimizes the risk of undesirable interactions with the product, which is important for sensitive cosmetic as well as technical solutions.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a milky pipette with safety lock, which is designed for precise and convenient drop dosing. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your specific product will work with the packaging in the long term as expected.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured ethanol of plant origin. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of your formulation.
It is advisable to first rinse the pipette with a suitable solvent compatible with the original formulation (for example a vegetable oil for oil-based serums or distilled water for aqueous solutions), then use a mild cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the internal parts with an alcohol-based preparation to minimize the risk of residual impurities. When cleaning the safety mechanism, proceed carefully to avoid mechanical damage.
The pipette with safety lock is ideal for products that are dosed drop by drop and where control of the amount is important – typically facial and eye serums, concentrated oil blends, active solutions with a high concentration of active ingredients or local treatment drops. The safety lock helps to increase safety during handling and transport, so it is also suitable for products intended for sale or shipping to customers.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given for the product in the parameters section. The glass container can generally be handed over, after emptying and basic rinsing, to the container designated for glass. The pipette closure consists of several materials (for example plastic, rubber, glass), so it is advisable to follow the recommendations in the product parameters and, where possible, separate the individual parts and place them in the appropriate collection containers, or hand them over within sorted collection according to local regulations.
To make selection easier, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filter, you can choose parameters such as the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour and the material. In this way you will quickly narrow down the offer to bottles, vials, jars or pots that meet your technical and design requirements, and thus make it easier to choose the optimal packaging for a specific product.
