The glass vial with black-gold atomizer is a practical container for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid mixtures in cosmetics, even for gentle filling of more sensitive products. This type of packaging is popular for its material stability and packaging purity - when used correctly, it does not affect the fragrance or properties of the contents and is also suitable for more sensitive formulations. The dark design also naturally helps to protect the contents from UV rays and light, which is especially appreciated for products susceptible to quality changes during storage. The packaging is also food grade, making it suitable for selected products intended for internal use.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, dark glass naturally helps reduce the impact of light and UV rays on the contents, which is beneficial for products that may degrade with prolonged storage (such as extracts, oils or solutions with active ingredients).
Yes, the packaging is food grade, so it is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. When filling, we recommend hygiene, proper closure and storage according to the requirements of the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, the packaging should be cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before filling.
We recommend to do a self-test with the specific contents: fill the container, seal, let stand in different positions and check the seal, the quality of the atomization and the behaviour of the product in normal use. In particular, viscosity, presence of oils, alcohol or aromatic components may be important.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you recycle it. The glass part should be sorted into a glass container and the plastic parts (atomizer, cover) should be sorted into plastic waste according to local rules. Before recycling, rinse the packaging and remove any residual product.
