The glass vial with white glossy dropper is a compact container designed for safe packaging and accurate dosing of liquid products. Glass is material stable and suitable for formulations where purity of formulation, stability of odour and minimising adverse effects of the packaging on the contents are important. Dark glass naturally limits light transmission and promotes UV protection of the contents, which is especially beneficial for oils, extracts and more sensitive actives. The packaging is of food grade quality and is therefore also suitable for selected products intended for internal use (subject to filling and storage hygiene).
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, dark glass naturally limits light transmission and helps protect the contents from UV rays. For added stability, we recommend storing the product out of direct sunlight and always carefully closing the packaging after use.
The dropper is ideal for liquid and medium viscosity solutions, oils, extracts and serums where dosing accuracy is important. For very thick or sticky formulations, we recommend doing a test to verify drip smoothness and comfort of use.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene guidelines are followed. Before each refill, the packaging should be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%, and all parts should be allowed to dry completely before refilling.
Yes, the packaging is food grade, so it is also suitable for tinctures, liquid nutritional supplements and extracts intended for internal use. For food applications, we recommend that you take care to ensure the cleanliness of the filling and do your own test of the seal and compatibility with the specific filling.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Dispose of the glass bottle in a glass container. Sort the plastic part of the dropper in the plastics separated waste bin and sort the rubber/silicone part according to local rules (if separate collection is not available, it usually belongs in the mixed waste bin). Before sorting, remove product residues and rinse the packaging if possible.
