The glass vial, tall with black dropper is a practical packaging material for the safe packaging of liquid and low-viscosity products where material stability and reliable protection of the contents are important. The dark glass naturally helps to limit the exposure of light to sensitive ingredients, thus promoting the stability of formulations during storage. Precise dosing makes this vial particularly suitable for concentrates, active solutions, oil mixtures and aromatic compositions. The packaging meets both cosmetic and food quality requirements.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
When you click on a specific category, you will find an advanced filter at the top of the page to help you quickly narrow down your selection. You can filter by neck, size, colour and material to find the packaging that matches both your product and your preferred dosage.
Yes. The packaging meets the requirements for food contact, so it is also suitable for tinctures, extracts or liquid nutritional supplements. For food applications, we recommend taking care of hygiene, choosing a suitable closure and testing the behaviour of the packaging with the specific filling.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging should be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% or Ethanol 96%. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and refill until dry.
When selecting the dosage, take into account the viscosity and how the filling is to be used. For thin solutions, concentrates and oils, drop dosing is practical, for aromatic mixtures you will appreciate precise quantity control. We recommend doing a test fill to verify both the dosage and the seal under realistic conditions of use.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Take the glass part to a glass collection centre according to local regulations. Other parts (e.g. plastic or silicone components) should be sorted separately according to the capabilities of your collection system to encourage efficient recycling of materials.
