The glass vial, tall with black-gold dropper is a precision packaging material designed for the safe packaging of both liquid and low viscosity products where material stability, dispensing purity and reliable closure are critical. The dark glass naturally helps protect sensitive ingredients from light (UV) exposure, which promotes longer stability of actives, extracts and oil blends. The packaging is of food grade quality, so it is also suitable for products intended for internal use when proper filling hygiene is observed.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on the category. You can filter by neck, size, colour and material to quickly select a packaging compatible with your product.
Yes, dark glass helps to limit light (UV) exposure to sensitive ingredients, which is practical for extracts, oils, vitamins or flavouring blends.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), then allowed to dry completely.
You can use IPA 99% (ALK001) or ethanol 96% (ALK002) for disinfection. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and fill into a dry container.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Take the glass bottle to the glass collection. Separate the metal parts and sort them into metals, the plastic parts into plastics. Sort silicone components according to local collection options. Before sorting, empty the container and rinse if necessary.
