The glass vial, tall, black atomizer, black top is a practical packaging material for the safe packaging of liquid and low viscosity products where material stability, application cleanliness and reliable storage are important. Thanks to the dark glass, the exposure of light (UV) to sensitive ingredients is naturally reduced, which promotes the stability of formulations during storage. The glass is material neutral and suitable for formulations where you want to minimize the transfer of odors and maintain consistent quality of the contents. Packaging meets both cosmetic and food grade quality.
The bottles are compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or handy applicators) according to the chosen parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

It is best suited for thin solutions designed to be applied evenly in a fine layer. For thicker mixtures or products with solid particles, we recommend a test to verify smoothness of dispensing and spray stability.
Yes. For food applications, we recommend that care be taken to ensure the cleanliness of the packaging, select a suitable closure and test the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific contents, particularly the seal and practical dispensing.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), then allowed to dry completely. For disinfection you can use for example IPA 99% (ALK001) or ethanol 96% (ALK002).
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Take the glass bottle to your local glass collection. Sort the atomizer into plastic; if your collection system allows it, it is advisable to separate the parts for easier recycling. Before sorting, empty the packaging and rinse if necessary.
