The glass tall vial with black lid with safety lock is a compact and reliable packaging set designed for professional filling and storage of liquid preparations. Thanks to the dark glass, the contents are naturally protected from light (including the UV component), which is particularly practical for formulations with more sensitive actives, extracts or flavouring ingredients. The glass is materially stable and suitable for formulations where you want to maintain product purity without unwanted packaging influences. According to the product parameters, the packaging also meets food quality.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, food grade is indicated in the parameters for this product. In practice, this allows use for tinctures, liquid nutritional supplements or extracts intended for internal use, for example, while we recommend taking care of hygiene and checking the seal for the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, and then allowed to dry thoroughly.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Take the glass vial (empty and rinsed) to the glass collection. Take the plastic parts of the cap to the plastics collection if your local sorting system allows it.
Dark glass naturally reduces light penetration, helping to limit changes in formulation caused by light. It's a practical choice, especially for products with more sensitive ingredients or longer storage times.
