We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on the selected category. You can filter by parameters such as neck, size, colour and material to quickly find packaging compatible with your product and application method.
It works best with formulations that allow for smooth dispensing, such as lighter creams, emulsions and gels. For very thick products, we recommend doing your own flow test to ensure dispensing is comfortable and without excessive pressure.
We recommend filling into a clean and dry vial and working with a homogeneous formulation without lumps. After application, keep both the neck and dispensing section clean and free of product residue to promote smooth dispensing and reliable closure.
Yes, the container can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. The packaging should be cleaned and disinfected prior to filling - for example, IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96% (denatured) may be a suitable choice. Then allow the packaging and dispensing part to dry completely and fill until dry.
For this product, food grade is indicated in the parameters. For food applications, we recommend working with clean and disinfected packaging, choosing a suitable closure and always performing your own compatibility test with the specific contents (especially sealing and storage behaviour).
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, you should recycle it. As the packaging material is a combination of glass and plastic, once the glass vial has been emptied and rinsed, take it to a glass collection centre according to local regulations. We recommend separating the dispenser and cover and sorting it into plastic if your local collection permits. This will encourage efficient sorting and recycling of packaging materials.
