The tall glass vial with spray neck is a practical container for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid products in cosmetics and food applications. Is dark glass important for sensitive formulations?

Yes, dark glass helps limit the exposure of light and UV rays to the contents. This is beneficial for extracts, oils and active solutions that can lose stability with prolonged exposure to light.

Can I reuse the packaging?

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Prior to filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected with ALK001 or ALK002 to minimize the risk of contamination and alteration of product quality.

How do you recommend I test compatibility with my recipe?

We recommend doing an internal test with the final formulation. Observe the seal, spray uniformity, any changes in fragrance or color, and the product's behavior in storage. The test is especially important with higher alcohol content, essential oils or very thin solutions.

How do I safely dispose of and recycle the packaging if I don't want to reuse it?

If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you recycle it. Sort the glass part into a glass container and separate the other parts by material and sort according to local regulations. Before sorting, empty and rinse the packaging to ensure it does not contain product residue.
