The glass vial, tall, with nasal spray is a practical packaging material designed for accurate, hygienic and repeatable dosing of both liquid and low-viscosity formulations. The combination of glass container and nasal applicator promotes clean application and better dose control for products where stability and consistent dosing is important. The naturally dark glass helps limit light exposure to sensitive ingredients and helps maintain the quality of the contents during storage. Packaging meets both cosmetic and food grade according to product parameters.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, food grade is indicated in the parameters for this product. For food use, we recommend that care is taken to ensure the packaging is clean, sealed appropriately and that both the seal and dispensing are tested with the specific filling.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected - for example, IPA 99% (ALK001) or ethanol 96% (ALK002) are suitable. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly and fill until the packaging is dry.
We recommend to perform a self-test with a real refill: check the spray uniformity, the seal after capping and the behavior during repeated use. For formulations with higher proportions of oils, flavoured ingredients or thicker solutions, the nature of the dose may change, so a compatibility test is key.
We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on a category. Using the filter, you can select packaging by neck, size, colour and material to quickly find compatible and suitable packaging for your product.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Once the glass vial has been emptied and cleaned, dispose of it in a glass container. We recommend separating and sorting the dosage portion according to its material and local sorting rules to promote efficient recycling.
