Plastic bottle with black spray pump is a practical packaging component designed for convenient application of various cleaning, hygiene and utility preparations. Thanks to the integrated spray head, it enables even distribution of the liquid over the surface, which increases the efficiency of product consumption and user comfort during application. The durable plastic material ensures good mechanical stability, while the shape of the bottle is adapted for a comfortable grip even during prolonged use.
The bottle is suitable for filling cleaning solutions, household and professional preparations, solutions for the care of textiles or household surfaces. Thanks to the robust construction of the packaging and the optimised shape of the sprayer, it is possible to easily regulate the dosage, minimise waste and ensure targeted application to the desired areas. This type of packaging is also suitable for small producers and artisan makers who are looking for a visually clean, functional and reliable package for their products.
This plastic bottle with sprayer is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and application head, ready for immediate use after filling. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the chosen solution is long‑term stable with the packaging.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly under normal handling and without mechanical damage, always while observing basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the spray head, ideally with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation. For this purpose you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant‑based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured, which help to minimise microbiological risks during repeated use of the packaging.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend rinsing the sprayer with clean water or a suitable cleaning solution that is compatible with the original composition. It is ideal to pull the trigger several times so that the new solution passes through the entire internal channel and nozzle, which removes residues of the original product. For thicker or pigmented preparations, brief soaking of the suction tube and nozzle in a solution containing alcohol can help, while it is advisable to avoid long‑term immersion of the mechanical parts so as not to weaken the seals. With regular maintenance you will prevent clogging of the nozzle and uneven spraying.
The resistance of the packaging to a specific chemical formulation depends on the composition of your product. For common household cleaning solutions, compatibility is generally good, but with concentrated acids, alkalis or solvents we always recommend carrying out your own stability test. This test should include checking longer‑term contact of the solution with the plastic bottle and the components of the sprayer, monitoring any softening of the material, changes in colour or odour and checking the sealing. If you plan to fill significantly more aggressive mixtures, it is advisable to compare several types of packaging and choose the one that proves to be the most stable during testing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it into separate collection according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters for the specific bottle. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the bottle, remove any residues of cleaning agent and lightly rinse the packaging in order to minimise contamination of the separately collected waste. Then place the bottle together with the relevant plastic components (if they are made of the same or compatible material) in the collection container intended for plastic waste. Always follow local waste‑sorting rules and the recommendations of the municipality or collection company, which may specify how to handle packaging from cleaning agents.
On the Handymade.sk website you can use the advanced filter when selecting suitable packaging, which will help you to quickly narrow down the offer according to your requirements. The advanced filter is located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. You can filter by neck type, packaging size, colour and material, which makes it easy to choose a bottle, dropper bottle, jar or container that best matches your product and the intended dosing method. By combining these parameters, you will obtain a clear selection of suitable packaging solutions for your cosmetics, cleaning products or other mixtures.
