The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical packaging solution ideal for liquid products that need to be evenly dispersed as a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of a transparent plastic body and a functional sprayer, it is suitable for both home and professional use, where comfortable dispensing, easy handling and control of the contents are important.
The packaging is designed to ensure the stability of the filled product, a comfortable grip and reliable spraying during repeated use. The transparent design allows for quick visual control of the fill level and easy monitoring of the colour or clarity of the product.
This bottle is supplied as a set with a trigger sprayer that ensures practical and controlled spray dosing. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, sprayer behaviour and packaging stability in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, alcohols, surface-active agents, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging after the contents have been used up, we recommend proper recycling according to the material type specified in the parameter table for the product. Follow the material code marking and the sorting rules for plastic packaging in your municipality.
The packaging can be reused for normal home and cosmetic purposes as long as it does not show signs of damage (cracks, deformation, leakage). Before each refilling, however, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, we recommend using high-strength alcohol, for example IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly.
First, rinse the packaging and the sprayer thoroughly with warm water and a mild detergent, and remove all residues of the original product. Then we recommend rinsing the bottle and the suction tube with alcohol – isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol is suitable. It is practical to “flush through” the sprayer with clean alcohol by pumping it several times. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry at room temperature. Washing in a dishwasher or exposing the plastic packaging to extremely high temperatures is not recommended, in order to avoid deformation or reduction of the material’s service life.
The trigger sprayer is ideal for liquids with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied as a fine mist or spray. It is excellent for facial and body sprays, hydrolats, hair tonics, air fresheners, textile care products, cleaning and disinfecting solutions and repellent sprays. For thicker emulsions or products with a high content of solid particles, we recommend testing before filling to make sure the nozzle does not clog and that the spraying is sufficiently even.
If you decide not to use the bottle with sprayer any longer, we recommend emptying it and removing any product residues. Then recycle the packaging according to the material type stated in the parameter table for the product – follow the material code indicated on the packaging and the local sorting rules for plastic packaging. In the case of a combination of several materials (bottle, pump, spring), it is ideal, where possible, to separate the plastic parts from the metal parts. In this way, you contribute to more efficient waste recovery and reduction of environmental impact.
When selecting the ideal packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category (for example plastic bottles, glass bottles, jars, etc.). In the advanced filter, you can clearly sort products according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. This allows you to easily narrow down the selection to packaging that will best suit the consistency, dispensing method and visual style of your product.
