The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical packaging intended for the convenient application of various liquid preparations in the form of a fine spray. The combination of the transparent bottle body and the precisely dosing spray head allows easy visual control of the contents and at the same time comfortable, hygienic and economical use during everyday dispensing. Thanks to the stable plastic material and the functional spray mechanism, the packaging is suitable for filling cosmetic, hygienic and auxiliary solutions for both home and professional use.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and trigger sprayer, ready for immediate use with a suitable liquid filling. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimal performance with your specific product.

If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it correctly according to the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table for the product. Select the appropriate collection container according to local waste collection rules to support the recycling process and reduce the amount of unnecessary waste.
Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly with proper care. With every change of filling it is important to observe basic hygiene principles – it is advisable to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spray mechanism and then disinfect them. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol suitable for technical and cosmetic use, which you can find in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after thorough drying of the packaging is it appropriate to proceed to refilling it.
The bottle with trigger sprayer is ideal for liquid formulations that need to be applied in a fine mist. In practice it is used mainly for facial and body sprays, hydrolats, hair tonics, home and textile sprays, air fresheners or gentle cleaning solutions. We always recommend checking the behaviour of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging and the spray mechanism by testing on a small sample.
To maintain an even spray pattern, it is advisable to keep the sprayer regularly clean. Avoid using mixtures that are too thick or strongly sticky, as these can clog the nozzle. In case of reduced flow, you can rinse the sprayer with clean water or a suitable thinner according to the type of filling used and then let it dry thoroughly. For longer-term storage we recommend storing the mechanism in a neutral liquid or empty, and before the next use carrying out short priming to restore smooth operation.
The method of recycling depends on the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table for the product. After emptying the contents, we recommend rinsing the packaging to remove residues of the formulation, separating the sprayer from the bottle body and sorting both parts according to local plastic collection rules. If the packaging is marked with the appropriate recycling symbol, place it in the container intended for that type of plastic. This ensures its correct inclusion in the recycling process and minimizes the impact on the environment.

The plastic material used for this type of bottle is not intended for exposure to high temperatures, nor for boiling or washing in a dishwasher. Under strong heat, undesirable deformation of the packaging or deterioration of the functionality of the sprayer may occur. To ensure hygiene, we therefore recommend cleaning the packaging by hand, using an appropriate water temperature and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation according to the type of your application.
