The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical solution for packaging and applying various liquid preparations where fine and even atomization is important. Thanks to the transparent body, you always have an overview of the remaining product and can easily check the colour or clarity of the contents. The sprayer enables convenient, economical and hygienic application, which makes it a suitable packaging for cosmetic, hygiene and cleaning preparations.
This type of bottle is popular for products that require repeated use throughout the day – from skin and hair care to aromatherapy or homemade solutions for household use. Thanks to the PET material used, the packaging is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress and suitable for frequent handling and transport.
This bottle with sprayer represents a complete and functional combination of packaging and closure. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, active substances or essential oils.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly, provided that hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and subsequently disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and aired out should you refill the bottle with the chosen preparation.
PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore do not wash the bottle in a dishwasher and do not boil it. Hand washing with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, thorough rinsing and then allowing it to dry naturally is recommended. Before refilling, disinfect the packaging with alcohol (ALK001 / ALK002) and let the alcohol evaporate completely so that it does not disturb the stability of the final product.
The sprayer is ideal for thin and medium-viscosity liquids that are to be applied as a fine mist or spray. Typically, these include facial toners, floral waters, body and hair sprays, air fresheners, fabric sprays, or neat or diluted solutions with essential oils. Thick emulsions, gels or oils with high viscosity may not be suitable for this type of spraying.
To choose suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can sort the packaging according to several parameters – especially according to neck type, size, colour and material. This way, you can easily find a bottle, jar or pot that will meet the desired appearance and the technical requirements of your product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information stated in the product parameters for this packaging. Before disposal, empty the bottle completely and, according to the recommended recycling symbol, place it in the appropriate container intended for that type of plastic. In this way, you help reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of raw materials.
A PET bottle is commonly used for liquids containing alcohol or essential oils as well, but it is always necessary to carry out your own compatibility test. We recommend filling a small amount of the formulation and monitoring the behaviour of the packaging and sprayer (sealing, functionality, any material changes) over time. For high concentrations of alcohol and essential oils, it is advisable to extend the test before practical use and verify stability under normal storage conditions.
