The plastic bottle with spray nozzle represents a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for various liquid formulations where fine and even atomization of the product is required. It is ideal for cosmetic, hygiene and craft preparations that require convenient and controlled application directly onto the skin, hair, a surface or into the air. Thanks to the transparent bottle body you always have an overview of the contents, which makes it easier to control the fill level as well as the visual presentation of the product.
The combination of a high-quality plastic container and a practical spray nozzle enables reliable dosing without unnecessary waste and reduces the risk of contamination of the contents during use. The bottle is suitable for emulsions, aqueous solutions, toners and other low-viscosity blends that need to be applied in the form of a fine mist or spray.
This plastic bottle with spray nozzle is supplied as a functional combination of container and dosing component. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to be sure that the packaging will work reliably with your product in the long term.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The spray nozzle is ideal mainly for aqueous and low-viscosity formulations such as toners, hydrolats or light solutions. With thicker emulsions or oils, the spraying quality may decrease or the nozzle may become clogged. Before introducing it into serial production, we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging and during long-term use.
The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and unwanted interaction of residues of the previous product with the new formulation. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely and only then refill it.
The plastic material of the packaging should not be exposed to high temperatures, because excessive heating may lead to the risk of deformation and reduced functionality of the spray nozzle. The packaging is not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. We recommend gentle manual cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, followed by disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. Avoid long-term contact with very hot surfaces or direct sunlight in an enclosed space (e.g. a car) during hot days.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend primarily recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters for this packaging on the Handymade website. Before handing it over for separate collection, remove any remaining contents, rinse the container and, if possible, separate the plastic parts (bottle and spray nozzle). Then place the packaging in the appropriate container according to local waste sorting rules. By adhering to these principles, you support effective material recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The simplest way to choose a suitable bottle, jar or pump is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the selected category, you will find the advanced filter at the top of the page. In it you can combine several criteria at once – for example the type and neck diameter, size and shape of the packaging, colour or material. In this way you can quickly filter out the packages that are most suitable for your specific product and application method.
