Transparent plastic bottle with dispenser and white-gold cap is a universal packaging suitable for liquid and gel products for which precise and hygienic dispensing is important. The practical dispensing head allows comfortable extrusion of the contents, while the protective cap helps maintain cleanliness and protects the dispensing mechanism from impurities.
This type of bottle is ideal for packaging skin, body and hair care products, as well as auxiliary solutions that require controlled withdrawal. The transparent plastic allows visual control of the amount of contents and consistency, which is practical for both home and professional cosmetic production.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a dispenser and protective cap, forming a functional and design-coordinated unit ready for immediate filling. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of optimal performance with your specific product composition.

Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling, but we recommend following strict hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the bottle, dispenser and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example by using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly so that no moisture forms in the packaging, which could affect the stability of your product.
We recommend first rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for contact with cosmetic packaging. It is then advisable to rinse the packaging and dispenser several times with clean water to remove residues of the cleaning agent. After washing, all components must be disinfected with alcohol, ideally using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Let the disinfectant act briefly and then allow the packaging to dry naturally at room temperature. It is advisable to press the dispenser several times so that the disinfectant reaches the entire mechanism.
The bottle with dispenser is particularly suitable for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic formulations that are applied in smaller amounts and require hygienic dispensing. These include, for example, facial and body emulsions, lighter creams, moisturizing and conditioning gels, after-sun milks or conditioning hand products. However, the suitability of the packaging for a specific recipe must always be tested – monitor the viscosity of the product, its stability over time and its behaviour during dispensing, so that you can be sure of comfortable use.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the material information given in the product parameters. First, use up or remove as much of the remaining contents as possible to minimize contamination of the recycling stream. It is then advisable to separate the individual parts (bottle body, dispenser, cap) according to the materials they are made of and place them in the appropriate collection containers. In case of doubt, follow the material marking directly on the packaging and the data in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website.
