Plastic bottle with dispenser and cap represents a practical solution for hygienic and precise dosing of liquid products. Thanks to the transparent body, you have an immediate overview of the contents as well as the remaining amount, which will be appreciated by home cosmetic makers and small artisan brands alike.
The packaging is designed for liquid and slightly gel-like formulations that require controlled dosing without unnecessary contact with air. The integrated dispensing mechanism together with the protective cap helps to keep the contents fresh for longer and protects against unwanted leakage or contamination during everyday use.
This packaging is designed as a complete bottle with dispenser and cap, ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be reused for home and professional use, provided that you observe basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and subsequently disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps to reduce the microbial risk and prolong the stability of your formulations. Then let all parts of the packaging dry completely before refilling.
We recommend dismantling the bottle into individual parts (body, dispenser, cap) and rinsing them in lukewarm water with a mild cleaning agent. Avoid using very hot water, aggressive solvents and rough sponges, which can damage the surface or sealing elements. After washing, rinse all components thoroughly with clean water, disinfect them with a suitable alcohol and let them dry separately on a clean surface. The packaging is not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling, since exposure to high temperatures may lead to deformation or deterioration of the dispenser’s tightness.
When filling the packaging, we recommend using clean working tools (funnel, measuring cups, pipettes) and working in an environment that is as clean as possible. Always verify the compatibility of your formulation with the plastic material – especially in the case of a high content of alcohol, essential oils or other solvents, first test a smaller amount in order to rule out softening, clouding or change of the surface. Fill only up to the recommended level so that the dispenser functions reliably and to prevent overflow when closing. After filling, check that the dispenser is correctly screwed on and that the cap is firmly fitted.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend its recycling according to the type of plastic material stated in the product parameters. First empty the packaging as much as possible and remove product residues by rinsing. Then it is advisable to separate the bottle body from the dispenser and cap if they are made of different plastics or contain metal springs. Place the bottle body in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local rules (usually plastic collection). Small components that cannot be recycled separately should be disposed of in municipal waste. By following the recommendations in the product parameters, you support responsible handling of packaging material.
