The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical and reliable packaging for carefully formulated liquid products. Thanks to the transparent body of the packaging, you always have an overview of the remaining product, while the high-quality spray pump ensures fine, even misting without unnecessary waste. The packaging is designed to withstand everyday use and to be suitable for various types of cosmetic and auxiliary preparations.
This type of bottle is ideal for filling liquids where precise and controlled application is important – for example for toners, facial and body sprays, hair care products, or household cleaning and disinfectant solutions. Thanks to the plastic used, the packaging is lightweight, resistant to common mechanical damage, and suitable for use at home as well as in a professional environment.
This packaging is supplied in the combination bottle + spray pump, so it is ready for immediate filling and use. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging will work reliably with your product in the long term.

If it is a plastic packaging made of PET material, it is recommended to pay attention to correct handling of the packaging. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, at which there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling; prefer gentle manual cleaning and disinfection according to the recommendations in the FAQ section.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with a suitable product – we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. After applying the disinfectant, let all parts dry well at room temperature. With repeated use, always consider the compatibility of the packaging material with the specific type of fill and do not store the product longer than recommended by its manufacturer.
For PET packaging, it is important to avoid exposure to high temperatures, as this may lead to deformation or weakening of the walls. Washing in a dishwasher or boiling is not recommended, nor is leaving a filled package in a heated car or in close proximity to heat sources. For cleaning, choose lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and subsequent disinfection according to the recommendations. In this way the packaging will retain its shape, functionality and safe use even during long-term application.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the packaging, rinse out any product residues and, according to local recycling rules, place it in the appropriate container (for example plastic). In the case of a combination of different materials (e.g. plastic bottle and mechanical spray pump), it is advisable, where possible, to separate the individual parts. By following the recommended sorting, you will contribute to the efficient processing of secondary raw materials.

It is very well suited to facial and body toners, hydrating and refreshing mists, hair tonics, aromatic interior sprays as well as auxiliary cleaning and disinfectant solutions. When filling with thicker or oil-based preparations, it is necessary to test in advance whether the viscosity of the product will allow trouble-free dosing through the specific type of spray pump.
