White bottle for cleaning agents with black spray trigger represents a practical and functional packaging intended for convenient dispensing of various types of cleaning and utility preparations. The container with a mechanical spray trigger enables an even distribution of the liquid on the surface, which makes it suitable for filling home and professional formulations intended for cleaning, maintenance or care of surfaces.
This type of packaging is designed to ensure practical, controlled and economical dispensing of liquids in the form of a fine mist or spray. It is suitable for products where uniform application, easy handling and minimisation of unnecessary product waste are important.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle and spray trigger, prepared for direct use with a suitable refill. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), in order to verify product stability, correct functioning of the spray trigger and long-term safety in use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed and the compatibility of the material with the specific refill is taken into account. Before each new filling, the bottle and spray trigger must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol (for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol) and allowed to dry thoroughly. For disinfection you can use products available on Handymade, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. In this way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and extend the service life of the packaging during repeated use.
The bottle with spray trigger is particularly suitable for aqueous or water–alcohol cleaning preparations intended for household, bathroom and kitchen surfaces, glass, as well as for preparations for the maintenance of car interiors or work surfaces. It is recommended to use it with formulations that are chemically compatible with the material of the bottle and the spray trigger and do not have a strongly corrosive or strongly solvent effect. For new or concentrated formulations it is advisable first to perform a small test in which you verify the behaviour of the packaging, tightness and function of the spray trigger.
Before repeated use of the bottle and spray trigger, it is necessary first to rinse the container thoroughly with water, remove residues of the original product and, if necessary, use a mild cleaning agent. Subsequently, we recommend disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based, in order to reduce the risk of microbial growth during further use. After applying the alcohol, allow all parts (the bottle and the spray mechanism) to air and dry well, and only then fill with a new product. With this procedure you support the hygienic safety and stability of the prepared cleaning agent.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its recycling is recommended according to the type of plastic listed in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to remove residues of the cleaning agent, rinse the bottle and separate the individual parts of the packaging where possible (for example separate the bottle from the spray trigger). The container itself is usually placed in the plastics bin, while detailed recycling recommendations are based on the material designation in the parameter table on the product page on Handymade. Adhering to these principles helps to make the processing of plastic waste more efficient and to support its further use.
For easier selection of packaging you can use the advanced filter, which is located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the advanced filter you can customise your selection according to several parameters, for example type and neck diameter, size and volume of the packaging, colour or material used. Thanks to this you will quickly find a bottle, jar or vial that best matches your product and the desired method of dispensing.
