The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging material for various liquid preparations where gentle and even dosing in the form of a spray is important. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight container and a functional mechanical spray pump, it is suitable for filling cosmetic and household blends where comfortable application directly onto the skin, hair or surface is required. The packaging is designed to allow comfortable use, easy handling and controlled dosing in everyday use.
The spray pump is designed for thin liquid preparations that can be evenly dispersed in the form of a spray (toners, aqueous solutions, light alcohol blends). Thicker emulsions, gels or oils with high viscosity may reduce the functionality of spraying, therefore for such formulations we recommend choosing another type of dosing and always performing a trial test before use.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and spray pump must be thoroughly rinsed, residues of the original product removed, and the packaging then disinfected with a suitable disinfectant, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill.
Before serial production, we recommend preparing a small test batch of the product and filling it into one test bottle. Test the evenness of spraying, droplet size, any clogging of the nozzle and the behaviour of the packaging during storage (change in scent, colour, consistency). If the formula contains a higher proportion of oils, solid particles or thick emulsions, it may be necessary to adjust the composition (dilution, filtration) or choose another type of packaging and dosing.
When recycling the packaging, it is important to follow the information given in the product parameters, where you will find the identification of the material used and the relevant recycling symbol. Before handing it over to separate collection, empty the bottle, if necessary rinse out product residues, and according to local sorting rules place it in the appropriate container (most often plastic). The spray head can be recycled separately depending on the material type or handed over as mixed waste if the local sorting system does not allow separation of components. Prefer repeated use of the packaging and, when this is no longer possible, ensure its environmentally friendly disposal by sorting.
