FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to use this plastic bottle repeatedly?

The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that you follow basic hygiene rules and the bottle shows no signs of damage. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after it is completely dry is the bottle ready for safe reuse.

How should the bottle be properly cleaned and disinfected before the next filling?

First rinse the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and thoroughly remove all residues of the original product. Then allow the packaging to dry and rinse or spray the inner part and the closure with disinfectant alcohol, for example from the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After the alcohol has evaporated and the bottle is completely dry, it is ready for new filling.

How can I dispose of or recycle this bottle in an environmentally friendly way?

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it, removing any remaining product and separating the cap from the bottle body. Then sort the packaging according to the material designation given in the product parameters – follow the relevant recycling symbol and place it in the container intended for that type of plastic. By sorting correctly, you enable further processing of the material and reduction of waste.

Is this bottle suitable for very liquid or, conversely, thicker products as well?

The bottle is most suitable for low- to medium-viscosity products, such as facial waters, tonics, lighter lotions or liquid cleaning preparations. For thicker creams and gels, we recommend considering the use of a suitable dispensing element (for example a pump or a special applicator), or choosing another type of container that will facilitate squeezing out or scooping the product.
