The glass pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser represents a professional packaging suitable for precise and comfortable dispensing of cosmetic and galenic preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional dispensing mechanism, it is ideal for packaging liquid and slightly viscous formulations where stability, purity and protection of the contents during storage and use are important.
The packaging is designed to allow safe and controlled dispensing during everyday home and professional care. The glass design reduces the risk of interaction between the contents and the packaging, thereby helping to preserve the properties of sensitive active substances, aromatic oils and other effective ingredients.
The combination of bottle and dispenser assembled in this way is designed as a functional and user-comfortable unit. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging also functions reliably with your particular product.

The glass pharmaceutical bottle is generally a suitable choice also for formulations containing essential oils, as glass is a material with good chemical resistance. However, we always recommend carrying out your own stability test of the specific recipe over time and under the planned storage conditions to verify the behaviour of the product in contact with the packaging and the dispenser.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling we recommend carefully cleaning the bottle and the dispensing mechanism and subsequently disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the lifetime of the product and the packaging.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging (rinsing with a suitable medium according to the type of product), then allowing it to dry thoroughly and disinfecting it with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the packaging ready for filling, which reduces the risk of contamination and affecting the stability of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle should, after rinsing and removal of product residues, be placed in a container intended for glass. Sort the dispensing mechanism (containing plastic and possibly metal parts) according to local waste sorting rules, or hand it over at a collection point. By following these principles, you support responsible handling of packaging and material recovery of raw materials.

By combining these filters you can quickly find bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, jars or pots that best match the properties of your product and the intended mode of use.
