Glass pharmaceutical bottle with white cream dispenser and smoky cap represents a professional packaging material for dispensing thicker cosmetic preparations. Thanks to precise dosing, it is suitable for packing products where control of usage, hygienic application and an aesthetic presentation are important. High-quality glass and a durable dispensing mechanism help protect the consistency and stability of creams, lotions or other emulsions throughout the entire period of use.
This packaging is supplied as a complete combination of glass pharmaceutical bottle and dispenser with cap, ready for immediate filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the dispensing mechanism is designed to handle standard cosmetic creams, lotions and emulsions with different viscosities. For very thick or, on the contrary, exceptionally fluid formulations, we recommend first testing the dosing on a smaller amount to verify the smoothness and accuracy of application.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, both the glass part and the dispensing mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the product.
Creams and emulsions should be filled slowly, ideally using a filling syringe, a small funnel attachment or a filling device that enables a smooth flow of product. Do not overfill the bottle – leave a small reserve below the neck so that the dispensing mechanism can be properly fitted and sealed. After filling, clean the neck of the bottle with a clean cloth or a pad moistened with alcohol, and only then firmly screw on the dispenser and the cap.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting regulations and the information provided in the parameter table for the product. The glass part can usually be cleaned of product residues and placed in the container intended for glass, while the plastic dispensing mechanism and cap belong in the appropriate sorted waste according to their material composition. Before handing over for recycling, it is advisable to remove as much residual cream as possible to facilitate processing of the material.
