Thanks to high-quality glass and a suitably chosen spraying mechanism, it helps maintain the stability of the formulation, minimize the contact of the contents with air and at the same time ensures comfortable and controlled application to the skin or hair.

Glass is a stable and proven material for packaging cosmetic solutions containing water as well as alcohol, which makes this pharmaceutical bottle a reliable choice for longer-term storage and use.
This glass pharmaceutical bottle with sprayer forms a complete, mutually adapted combination of packaging and dosing system. Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle, the sprayer and all contact parts and then disinfect them, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and maintains the stability of your formulation.
Before the first filling we recommend rinsing the bottle and the sprayer mechanism with a suitable detergent, thoroughly rinsing with drinking water and letting it dry completely. Afterwards it is advisable to disinfect the inner surfaces and parts that come into contact with the product with an alcohol solution, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After the alcohol has evaporated, the packaging is ready for filling, and it is important to work in the cleanest environment possible.
The sprayer is ideal for low-viscosity liquids such as facial and body waters, toners, water-based serums, aromatherapeutic sprays or mild alcoholic solutions. It ensures the formation of a fine mist that is evenly dispersed over the skin or hair. Thick emulsions, gels or oils with high viscosity may not be suitable, as they could restrict the proper functionality of the sprayer – for such formulations we recommend always carrying out a dosing test.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be handed over to a glass container after emptying, and the plastic and metal parts of the sprayer should be separated and sorted according to local waste separation rules. Before collection, the packaging should be free of product residues. In case of any doubts, follow the recommendations of your municipality or city and the information in the technical documentation of the packaging.
