Plastic bottle with tamper‑evident ring represents a practical and reliable packaging for a wide range of liquid and semi‑liquid cosmetic preparations. Thanks to the durable plastic material and functional closure, it is suitable for safe dispensing and convenient use in home cosmetics, artisan production and small‑scale manufacturing. The white opaque bottle helps protect the contents from external influences and supports the stability of more sensitive formulations. The tamper‑evident ring increases safety during storage, transport and first opening, which is especially important for professional products.
The packaging can be reused with appropriate handling and no visible damage, but always only with adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly washed, allowed to dry and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or plant ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination of the new fill.
Before first use, we recommend rinsing the packaging with clean water, using a mild cleaning agent if needed, rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner space and neck using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. For repeated use, proceed in the same way and always check that no residues of the previous product or visible impurities remain on the walls of the bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing it in sorted waste according to the material designation given in the product parameters. You should follow the recycling symbol and the manufacturer’s recommendation – plastic bottles are usually placed in the container intended for that type of plastic. The closure and bottle may be made of different materials, so it is advisable to separate them before disposal. Adhering to local waste‑sorting rules supports efficient material recycling and reduces the amount of mixed waste.
