The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical packaging solution for various liquid products where even and comfortable application in the form of a fine spray mist is important. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic container and a functional sprayer, this packaging is suitable for everyday use in cosmetic, household and craft formulations.

Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or surface-active substances.

Yes, the packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the trigger sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the packaging ready for refilling.
The trigger sprayer is particularly suitable for low-viscosity liquids that create a fine to medium-intensity spray. These include, for example, body and hair sprays, air fresheners, textile and home sprays, cleaning solutions or garden mists. It is not recommended to use thick emulsions, gels or preparations with larger insoluble particles that could clog the nozzle.
After emptying the contents, we recommend rinsing the packaging with warm water and then pumping clean water several times through the sprayer mechanism to flush the inner tube and nozzle. When thorough disinfection is required, the bottle can be filled with a small amount of alcohol, pumped through the sprayer and left to act for a short time. Before the next use, it is important to let all parts dry completely and ensure that the nozzle is not blocked.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of plastic stated in the parameter table on the product page. Before placing it in sorted collection, empty the bottle, rinse out any product residues and, where possible, separate the individual parts (for example the plastic container and the sprayer mechanism). Then place them in the appropriate container according to local recycling rules so that the material can be recovered efficiently.
