FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to use this plastic bottle repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled appropriately and without visible damage, always while observing strict hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for refilling.

How to properly clean and disinfect the packaging before further use?

First, rinse the packaging mechanically with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse with clean water and let it drain. After the basic washing, we recommend disinfecting the inner walls of the packaging as well as the parts of the dispenser with a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol. After applying the disinfectant, let the packaging dry naturally at room temperature and only then refill it.

How to safely recycle this packaging if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material designation stated in the product parameters. First remove as much of the remaining contents as possible, rinse the packaging and separate the individual parts (bottle, dispenser, any tube) according to the material used. According to the information in the parameter table, place the individual parts into the appropriate sorted waste stream (e.g. yellow container for plastic components). In case of any doubts, follow the local waste sorting rules in your municipality or city.
