The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical packaging suitable for gentle, even dispersion of liquids in the form of a mist or spray. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and functional trigger mechanism, it is ideal for products where convenient and targeted dispensing without hand contact with the contents is important. This type of packaging is popular for cosmetic, cleaning and hobby formulations, where you will appreciate the combination of reliable spraying and good handling of the contents.
The bottle is suitable for packaging various types of liquid preparations that need to be applied in smaller doses over a larger area or locally as needed. The sprayer helps to optimize product consumption and ensures more even application, thereby supporting professional presentation as well as home production of cosmetics and cleaning agents. The plastic packaging material is lightweight, easy to handle and also suitable for carrying or using “on the go”.
The standalone bottle with trigger sprayer is designed to be compatible with several types of closures and dosing systems available on Handymade.sk according to the selected product parameters. Depending on the specific packaging series, it is possible to combine the bottle, for example, with screw caps, droppers, other types of sprayers or practical applicators, if these are listed in the related products.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify suitability for your particular product.

The trigger sprayer is generally optimized for thin liquids and aqueous solutions, for which it can create a fine spray mist. Thick emulsions or gels may reduce the smoothness of spraying or completely prevent proper functioning of the mechanism. Before using in practice, we therefore recommend testing the chosen formulation in a smaller quantity, checking the consistency of the product and observing whether the sprayer dispenses the contents evenly and without clogging.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and trigger sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 denaturovany rastlinný, which you can find in our range on the pages IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol 1 l and Etanol 96 denaturovany rastlinný 1 l. Allow the disinfecting solution to pass through the spraying mechanism itself as well, so that the internal channels are cleaned and the risk of microbial contamination during further use is minimized.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it completely and, if possible, rinsing it with a residual amount of water so that no more product than necessary remains in the waste. The method of recycling must be adapted to the type of plastic material specified in the parameter table for the product on Handymade.sk – according to the designation given there, it is then appropriate to place the packaging in the relevant collection container for sorted waste (for example for the dedicated plastics fraction). In the case of a combination of different materials (for example a plastic bottle and a different material for the spring or nozzle), it is ideal to separate the individual parts where possible and sort them individually in order to support efficient recycling in accordance with local waste sorting rules.
The lightweight plastic material and trigger sprayer make this packaging a suitable choice also for carrying and mobile use. In travel cosmetics you will appreciate the low weight and resistance to breakage, and in salons the convenient dosing during frequent use. It is always important to ensure the sprayer is tightly screwed on, to avoid strong compression of the packaging in luggage, and in professional practice to monitor hygiene – when changing product or refilling the contents, proceed according to the recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the sprayer mechanism.
