The plastic bottle with screw cap is a practical packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic products, gentle cleansing solutions and homemade blends. Thanks to its universal design, it is suitable for packaging products that require comfortable dosing, hygienic handling and reliable protection of the contents against external influences. This type of packaging is ideal for small-scale producers, artisanal makers and smaller brands that are looking for a lightweight, durable and user-friendly bottle for their formulations.
The packaging is designed to provide a stable base for cosmetic emulsions, liquid soaps, toners, serums and other formulations, while allowing clean and controlled filling and application. Thanks to the proven quality of the material, the bottle is perfectly suited for both professional and hobby use, in smaller as well as larger production runs.
These plastic bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) depending on the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging works optimally with your specific product.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it correctly according to the type of material stated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. This makes it possible to ensure efficient recycling and reduce the amount of waste.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, especially if you work with it within the same product line. Before each new filling, however, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using high-percentage isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, let the packaging dry thoroughly and only then fill it again.
Before repeated use we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a residual medium that is compatible with the original contents (for example oil for oil-based formulations), then washing it with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly with clean water. After drying, apply a disinfectant – high-percentage alcohols such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based are practical. Allow the disinfectant to act and then let the packaging dry at room temperature in a clean environment.
The method of recycling depends on the specific packaging material stated in the parameter table for the product on Handymade. Before disposal we recommend emptying the bottle as much as possible, possibly rinsing it lightly, and sorting it into the container intended for the given type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules. Information about the material (for example the specific type of plastic and the corresponding recycling symbol) is always given in the product parameters, which makes it easier for you to assign the packaging to the correct sorting stream.
The bottle is a universal packaging that can be used for different types of consistencies, from watery solutions to lighter emulsions. The key is the appropriate choice of cap or dosing system – for very liquid products droppers or fine sprayers are practical, while for more viscous emulsions closures with a larger orifice or pumps are generally suitable. Before introducing it into production, we always recommend carrying out a small filling and dosing trial to make sure that the chosen combination of packaging and closure suits your specific formulation.
