The plastic bottle with white spray pump and shiny gold collar represents an elegant and functional packaging solution designed primarily for various cosmetic formulations, gentle aqueous solutions and products that are applied in the form of a spray. The practical spray pump ensures even distribution of the product, making this packaging suitable for both professional and home use when producing carefully dosed preparations.
Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic bottle body and a precisely engineered spray pump, the packaging is ideal for filling liquid and slightly viscous products that require hygienic and comfortable application to the skin, hair or the surface of textiles. The opaque design also helps to minimise the exposure of the contents to light, which can contribute to better stability of light-sensitive preparations during storage.
This bottle with spray pump is supplied as a functional set of container and dispensing mechanism, ready for immediate use with a suitable formulation. The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade have been tested and are functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the spray pump in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the cosmetics being prepared. For disinfection it is suitable to use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the range as IPA 99 % Isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely before the next filling.
The bottle is ideal especially for aqueous and low-viscosity solutions that are applied as a fine spray. In practice this includes facial and body mists, toners, hair sprays, hand disinfectant solutions, fabric and room sprays, or light cleaning products for smooth surfaces. For thicker emulsions or oil blends we recommend carrying out a trial dosing before filling to verify the smooth operation of the spray pump and the uniform dispersion of the product.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle and the spray pump with potable water, then using a mild cleansing agent and rinsing thoroughly so that no detergent residues remain. It is then appropriate to disinfect the packaging – using alcohol in a spray form or by rinsing the internal surfaces is practical, for example with the products IPA 99 % Isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow all parts to drain freely and dry completely at room temperature so that no condensation forms inside.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, sorting it into the appropriate recycling stream according to the material specified in the product parameters. The plastic parts of the bottle and the spray pump can generally be placed in the relevant plastic recycling container, and it is advisable to remove any remaining labels or adhesives. For combined materials, follow the recommendations of the manufacturer and local waste-sorting regulations. If you are unsure, it is better to take the packaging to a collection point, where you will be advised on an appropriate method of recycling.
