The plastic bottle with smooth closure and reducer represents a practical and reliable packaging for various liquid and more fluid formulations where controlled dosing and hygienic application are important. Thanks to the plastic material used, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for home as well as professional use in both smaller and larger batches.
The integrated reducer helps ensure more precise and cleaner dosing of the contents, which you will appreciate for cosmetic preparations, DIY recipes and semi-professional production. The smooth closure creates a compact and aesthetic appearance that looks professional and is easy to combine with various labels or brand branding.
This type of bottle is designed as a universal packaging compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. In practice, you can combine it with screw closures, dropper reducers, spray heads or other practical applicators that correspond to the given neck and thread type.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, active ingredients, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly with proper care and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly washing the bottle and closure, then cleaning and disinfecting them with a suitable preparation – for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured. In this way you prepare the packaging for reuse and reduce the risk of microbial contamination of the contents.
When choosing packaging, base your decision primarily on the consistency of the product and the method of application. Liquid preparations such as toners or micellar waters require a rather narrower neck and a reducer for more precise dosing, whereas thicker emulsions may need a pump or another type of applicator. Also take into account the planned storage and frequency of use – for frequent handling, a more rigid, lightweight and ergonomic packaging is more practical, as it sits well in the hand and is easy to close.
If you plan to change the type of filling (for example from a facial toner to another solution), first rinse the bottle with warm water and a mild detergent and thoroughly remove the residues of the original product. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, let the bottle and closure dry completely at room temperature away from direct heat. This will support the cleanliness of the packaging and minimize unwanted interaction between the old and new contents.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it as much as possible according to the instructions given for the material designation in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, empty the packaging, remove any remaining contents with water and let it dry. Then place it in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic and local waste sorting rules. In this way you reduce the environmental burden and support the reprocessing of the used material.
To make selecting packaging easier, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can adjust the product display according to several criteria – for example by neck type, size, colour or material. Thanks to this, you will quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that meets the technical requirements and the design of your product, and you will more easily find the most suitable bottle, jar or medicine bottle.
