The green glass bottle with a white-silver spray pump represents a professional packaging for liquid preparations where fine and even atomisation is important. The elegant combination of coloured glass and a high-quality mechanical sprayer enables comfortable, hygienic and controlled application of products to the face, body, hair or into the surrounding space. The coloured glass helps to protect more sensitive formulations from light, thereby supporting their stability during storage and use.
This product is supplied as a complete combination of glass bottle and sprayer. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass bottle and the sprayer can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol from the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or ethanol from the product Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in your formulations.
First, we recommend rinsing the packaging with a remainder of a suitable solvent (for example clean water or alcohol, depending on the nature of the original filling), then washing it with warm water and a mild detergent, and rinsing thoroughly so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain. After drying, disinfection is required – for example by rinsing the inner space and the internal parts of the sprayer with alcohol from the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. When the spray is used repeatedly, it is advisable to regularly check the functionality of the sprayer mechanism.
The sprayer is ideal for low-viscosity to slightly viscous liquids that can be evenly atomised into a fine mist. When planning the formula, we recommend taking into account the viscosity, the presence of solid particles and the oil phase – mixtures that are too thick or highly oily can reduce the quality of spraying and gradually clog the nozzle. Before filling a larger batch, it is always appropriate to carry out a trial filling and test the dose, the spray pattern and the stability of the formulation in contact with the glass and the plastic parts of the sprayer.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part can be handed in, after emptying and basic rinsing, to the appropriate glass collection container. The sprayer consists of several components (plastic, possibly a metal spring), which are usually sorted as plastic waste according to local collection rules. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove product residues and place the packaging into the separate collection system so that the materials can be recovered again.
