The glass bottle represents a reliable packaging suitable for precise dosing of various liquid preparations, where protection of the contents and a professional appearance are important. Thanks to high-quality glass and a practical closure with a safety ring, this packaging is ideal for filling products that require secure sealing and convenient use in everyday practice.
The packaging is designed to be stable, durable and suitable for packing liquid formulations that need to be protected from environmental influences. The ribbed closure with a safety mechanism contributes to safety during handling and to minimising the risk of unintentional opening during transport or use.
Glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) depending on the selected parameters. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
For selecting suitable packaging we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category (for example bottles, jars or spray pumps). In the advanced filter you can easily filter by neck type, size, colour and packaging material, which allows you to quickly find the combination that best matches your product and the intended dosing method.
You can reuse the bottle if you follow correct hygiene principles. Before each new filling the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of contamination of the new product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, available in our range. When reusing, always check that the glass is not damaged and that the closure seals reliably.
Before refilling, first clean the packaging mechanically – remove residues of the original product and rinse the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent. Then rinse the bottle with clean water and allow it to dry well. In the next step we recommend disinfecting the surface and the interior with an alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our range. After applying the disinfectant, let the packaging air-dry at room temperature and only then fill it again.
The glass bottle is also suitable for travelling, provided that it is properly closed and stored. We recommend always checking that the closure is tightly screwed on and, during transport, placing the bottle in a resealable bag or protective pouch to minimise the risk of mechanical damage. When travelling by plane, always follow the applicable limits for the volume of liquids in carry-on luggage and adapt your chosen packaging accordingly.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the instructions given for the product in the parameter table. In general it is necessary to remove any remaining contents, separate the individual parts (for example the glass body and the plastic closure) and sort each component into the appropriate collection container according to its material. By following these rules you contribute to efficient material recovery and to reducing the amount of waste.
